About this Talk
We have known for a long time that some people are not served well by services and systems. We do not always known how to change this.
The national lockdown caused by the Covid-19 pandemic created a seismic shift to the way services and systems responded to the most vulnerable members of society. Significant changes were made to the way substance misuse services provide support and treatment, particularly for people who are homeless and face multiple disadvantage.
In this session we explore what happened, what the impact has been, and how we learn from the positives to ensure that systems don’t return to the way they were.
