About this speaker
Mat is a Project Worker at Groundswell and Deputy Editor of the Pavement Magazine. His work at Groundswell is primarily research based, involving design and delivery of quantative surveys, qualitative one on one interviews and focus groups. He has a passion for humanising people who have experience of homelessness by sharing their stories through the written word, audio and film.
Recently he has worked as a researcher on the Manchester Patient Safety Project and Crisis’ HRA evaluation. Currently his work includes the role of a consultant on a film for the Wellcome Trust and he is also involved with On Our Radar as part of Groundswell’s Covid Monitoring Project
