Adele is a Service Manager working for Riverside, delivering Housing First in Medway Kent. She has been in this current role since December 2018. She loves her job, and believes she has learnt from all the individuals she have supported and worked alongside, helping her to develop and grow as an individual both personally and professionally.
Before this role within Riverside, Adele worked at Regent House, a supported Housing scheme in Medway as a support worker which accommodates and supports 30 people.
She has worked in various supported Housing schemes since 2008 working for Ashdown Medway Accommodation Trust, Home Group, Addullam Homes and Riverside.
